About the role:

We are on a mission to ensure our customers receive accurate and timely invoices so your day will be a mix of administration, problem solving, investigation and outbound calls to customers to help us achieve that. You'll have the opportunity to learn and work across our support functions including Metering, Billing, Payments, Switching and Compliance.

We now have both permanent roles and 12-month fixed-term roles available based out of our modern central Hamilton office. Our people are our greatest asset and to get you started we provide comprehensive training and on the job support. You would work 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday between 8am and 6pm. Once you are established and performing in your role, hybrid working arrangements of 2 days per week from home can be discussed.

  • A friendly and engaging manner with strong written and verbal communication.
  • Confidence to make outbound calls and negotiate with customers.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to learn on the job.
  • Demonstrated customer service experience with high emotional intelligence.
  • A real team focus - we support each other and jump in when needed.
