About the role | He Aha Te Tūranga
Join nib New Zealand as an Adviser Operations Administrator and play a key role in supporting our retail and group adviser teams. We’re looking for a motivated, detail-oriented professional to help deliver high-quality administrative and operational support during an exciting period of growth and change.
In this fast-paced and rewarding position, you'll support the Adviser Operations & Transformation Manager by executing critical administration tasks such as new agency setup, adviser support, reporting and operational maintenance. Your work will ensure our adviser-facing teams can focus on delivering exceptional service and growing sales.
This is a 6-month fixed-term contract role with an immediate start, ideal for someone who thrives on structure, teamwork, and operational excellence.
What you'll be doing
- Accurately setting up and maintaining adviser/agency records and commission agreements
- Managing operational updates across systems including Salesforce and BOA
- Supporting advisers with queries related to accounts, compliance, and documentation
- Preparing and distributing adviser reporting and maintaining compliance registers
- Assisting in reviewing and updating internal process documentation
About you | Ko Wai Koe
- Previous experience in an administrative or operations support role
- Strong understanding of data, processes and systems interconnectivity
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Experience in financial services or a regulated industry preferred
- Positive team player with a proactive, “can do” attitude
- Experience in understanding insurance processes
- Ideally understand adviser channel processes
