About the role
We are looking for a Customer Service Coordinator to join our busy Energy team. This role is the first point of contact for our customers and operates in a 24/7, 365-day environment. You’ll play a key role in ensuring service requests are captured accurately, prioritised correctly, and escalated effectively – helping us deliver the reliable outcomes our customers expect.
You’ll work closely with our Operational Support team, Service Coordinators and Technicians to make sure jobs run smoothly from start to finish, while keeping customers informed every step of the way.
- Answering and managing incoming calls, logging jobs and ensuring SLA response times are met
- Coordinating fault management, contract compliance and job billing
- Escalating urgent issues and managing emergency procedures
- Building strong relationships with both internal teams and external customers
- Meeting KPIs for job logging and delivering accurate, timely information
About you
- We are looking for someone who brings previous experience in a call centre or customer service environment, ideally with a background in helpdesk operations.
- You will have excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with customers in a professional, supportive, and customer-first manner at all times.
- Strong skills in Microsoft 365 are essential, along with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems and processes.
- You will be confident in problem-solving, able to prioritise tasks effectively, and remain calm and focused under pressure.
