D365 System Administrator
Your role, your journey | Te Huarahi Whakatipu
As our D365 System Administrator, you'll be the go-to expert ensuring our Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations environment runs smoothly, securely and efficiently. You'll manage multiple environments, support system updates, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with teams to deliver seamless ERP experiences. This is a hands-on technical role where your expertise will directly impact business operations and user satisfaction.
How you'll show up | Tu mai Tu Rangatira
- Configure and maintain D365 F&O environments across Dev, UAT, Pre-Prod and Prod
- Manage user access, security roles, batch jobs, workflows and system performance
- Lead deployment of proactive quality updates and wave updates from Microsoft
- Troubleshoot incidents, support audits, and drive continuous improvement
- Collaborate with SMEs and provide training and technical documentation
- Oversee data integrations, migrations and assist with D365 licensing
- Seek out opportunities to broaden skillset to support wider portfolio of systems.
