Role Overview:
The Warehouse Administrator plays a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our warehouse. This position involves managing inventory records, processing incoming and outgoing stock, preparing documentation, and ensuring smooth coordination between the warehouse and other departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately process and maintain stock records in the warehouse management system.
- Prepare packing lists, invoices, delivery dockets, and other shipment documentation.
- Monitor incoming and outgoing goods and update stock levels accordingly.
- Communicate effectively with suppliers, delivery drivers, and internal staff.
- Support the warehouse team with general administrative tasks and reporting.
- Assist with inventory counts, stock reconciliations, and data entry.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety and company policies.
Skills and Experience Required:
- Minimum of one year experience in warehouse administration, logistics, or inventory control or similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel preferable
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment.
- Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated.
