As a Delivery Lead, you’ll oversee the successful delivery of Data and Analytics projects and initiatives across the business. This includes project management, stakeholder engagement, resource allocation, risk management, quality assurance, and tracking project performance.
Your main responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage end-to-end project lifecycles, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. Create and maintain project plans, define project milestones, and monitor progress.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their business needs, provide insights into project status, and align project goals with strategic business objectives.
  • Efficiently allocate resources to support project requirements. Identify and address resource constraints to optimise project delivery.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies. Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
  • Ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions by defining and implementing best practices, quality standards, and testing processes.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans, progress reports, and documentation of decisions made during the project lifecycle.
  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure project success and report progress to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance processes, tools, and methodologies in delivery.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
  • A minimum of 6 years related experience in relevant delivery roles
  • Strong financial understanding and analytical skills. Ability to develop and apply the best commercial and financial solution for the right situation and environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to anticipate opportunities (current and future) and transform into clear vision and strategy (applies Levels of Perspective methodology).
  • Comprehensive understanding of project and programme management methodologies and experience leading multiple and concurrent delivery requirements. Experience in an agile delivery environment, with good understanding of agile methods and their application.
  • Ability to develop and implement effective customer relationship management strategies.
