Service Delivery Coordinator | Full time - Permanent | Palmerston North

As a Service Delivery Coordinator, you are critical in engaging our workforce in the processing/delivery of our customer's mail and parcels in a timely and efficient way. You will be based at our Palmerston North Depot on Malden Street.
Hours:
Tuesday to Saturday 0600 to 1430
About this role:
- Daily interaction with delivery agents, courier drivers, Rural delivery drivers, customer service team and warehouse staff
- Monitor and improve productivity within the contracted delivery team
- Assist with customer queries
- Be involved with the team in decision making, outlining challenges and asking for solutions
- Undertake vital administration tasks
- Occasional travel in the region

To be the ideal candidate for this role you will:
- Have intermediate level computer skills
- Hold a valid full NZ drivers license - compulsory
- Confident interacting with people from all backgrounds via face to face, phone and email
- Experience in fleet management or logistics highly sort after but not essential as long as it's relatable
- Proven ability to work under-pressure, can make solid decisions without direction or resources
- Enjoy responsibility, strong problem solver, back yourself and not afraid to have tough conversations
- You rise to a challenge, welcome and embrace change and can work with ambiguity
