Looking for a role where no two days are the same? Join us as a Despatch Coordinator and help keep our wheels turning and our customers smiling!
In this role, you’ll be the go-to person making sure our drivers know where they’re going, when they need to be there, and have everything they need to get the job done safely. You’ll help juggle schedules, keep things running like clockwork, and make sure our customers get top-notch service every time.
What you’ll get stuck into:
Dispatching jobs to our drivers so our service is always prompt, friendly, and reliable.
Keeping driver workloads balanced and routes efficient. Less downtime, more happy customers!
Making sure our team has all the right gear and paperwork for safe collections.
Staying on top of any jobs that get rescheduled, so nothing falls through the cracks.
Setting up new customer accounts and updating service details as needed.
Answering customer questions (big or small) over the phone or by email, you’ll be the friendly voice they know they can count on.

Qualifications
About You:
You’ve got some solid experience in dispatch coordination or fleet scheduling, bonus points if it’s in logistics or waste management.
You’re super organised and can juggle multiple tasks without breaking a sweat.
You’re a clear, confident communicator, whether you’re chatting with drivers, customers, or the team, you keep things professional and positive.
You’re comfortable using computer systems and dispatch tools (MS Office is second nature to you).
You enjoy working both independently and as part of a busy team, and you thrive when the pressure’s on.
Most importantly, you’re big on safety and always do the right thing for people and the environment.
