About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated professional to join our team, reporting to the Brand and Channels Manager. In this role, you will create high-quality content, maintain our digital platforms and use performance date to guide decisions and improve outcomes. Quick to learn new systems, processes or tools - you're happy to take ownership where needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Keep our website up-to-date, accurate and easy to navigate.
- Upload and edit content, optimising layout and visuals, and ensure links and assets stay current.
- Plan, post and manage content across our key social media channels.
- Work with internal teams to prioritise updates and plan future enhancements.
- Brings ideas for content that cuts through, supports business priorities and builds engagement.
- Stays on top of what's happening in web and social - tools, trends, formats and algorithms.
- Capture and manage video content for various projects, ensuring high-quality visuals are aligned with brand and messaging.
- Working closely with the Technical Seed/Agchem Manager, Head of New Products and Services and Science team, ensure that new products and services are developed and prepared for market.
- Acts as the go-to for keeping our marketing data clean, consistent and campaign-ready.
About You:
You'll apply a user-first lens to everything you do, with a strong understanding of accessibility, mobile optimisation and SEO basics. You know how to strike the right tone - informative, down-to-earth, and aligned with our brand. You're someone who stays on top of what's happening in web and social - tools, trends, formats and algorithms. You can take a brief, ask the right questions, and deliver high-quality content with minimal fuss.
Ideal Skills & Experience:
- 5-7 years' experience in digital marketing or content creation roles - knows what good looks like and how to deliver it.
- Skilled in Adobe Creative Cloud - comfortable using tools like Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign to create on-brand visuals.
- Has a solid handle on CMS tools (e.g. Umbraco) and knows how to get the best out of them.
- Can perform basic video editing, including trimming, transitions, and audio syncing, using standard editing software (e.g. Adobe Premiere Pro).
- Experience working with cross-functional teams - from technical and design through to product and brand.
- Tertiary qualification in marketing, communications or similar preferred - but hands-on experience matters just as much.
- Strong written communication skills - confident with content creation, editing, and messaging across channels
- Confident using digital tools including Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics and similar platforms to manage and measure performance.
