About the Role
- Lead a small crew on sewer and stormwater projects (deep trenching, manholes, connections).
- Work hands-on while setting the pace and standards on site.
- Liaise directly with the Project Manager, turning plans into action.
- Plan ahead, anticipate challenges, and keep jobs moving smoothly.
- Mentor and develop your crew, building a strong, reliable team.
- Proven drainage experience — sewer and stormwater is a must.
- Prior leadership experience running or mentoring a crew.
- Strong communication skills — with both your crew and the PM.
- Forward-thinking mindset with initiative and problem-solving ability.
- Pride in workmanship — no shortcuts, no sloppy standards.
