We are seeking a kaiako who:
- Possesses a strong commitment to play-based learning with a registered ECE qualification.
- Hold a current first aid certificate
- Thrives in a collaborative environment and fosters positive relationships with team members, whānau, and the wider community.
- Embraces a holistic view of tamariki, recognising their strengths and nurturing their capabilities.
- Champions bicultural practice and integrates Te Ao Māori into daily experiences.
- Possesses excellent planning, assessment, and documentation skills.
- Leverages technology to enhance learning experiences for tamariki.
- Believes in inclusivity and celebrates the richness of diverse backgrounds.
- Takes joy in hands-on learning experiences alongside tamariki.
- Is passionate about sustainability and weaves environmental awareness into teaching practices.
