We’re looking for an Electrical Fitter to join our Auckland Contracting team. In this role, you’ll be working in a substation environment, constructing and maintaining electrical equipment that supports critical infrastructure across the region.

- Carrying out prescribed electrical work in accordance with regulations.
- Installing, maintaining, and repairing substation equipment (11kV to 110kV).
- Keeping accurate records and reporting on works completed.
- Taking ownership of tasks and delivering high-quality results.
- Working closely with team members, clients, suppliers, and contractors to get the job done safely and effectively.
- EWRB Registration (essential).
- Experience in substation construction and/or maintenance (11kV–110kV).
- Strong problem-solving skills and logical thinking.
- Safety-first mindset with great attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A certificate (or working towards one) in Electrical Engineering will be an advantage.
