Job Description
Your Core Attitude:
As a Night Manager, you will be the pillar of our TRIBE revolution: a blend of elegance, innovation, and passion.With your charismatic leadership & attitude you will inspire your teams to craft magical moments and create unforgettable memories. Comfortable in English, you master the art of turning opportunities into triumphs while elevating the TRIBE lifestyle to new heights. As a leader, your mantra is clear: cultivate an authentic TRIBE vibe, where every space radiates our cool and trendy ethos.
Your Key missions:
- Effectively managing the daily reconciliation of the Hotel’s trading, checking and preparing reports and statistical information in accordance with service standards and auditing procedures during the night shift.
- Shift manager of the hotel, embodying the Tribe brand both in-hotel and outside. A true master of the house, my sense of interpersonal skills and representation allows me to convey the values of the concept. My role and attitude are key in the Tribe experience defined by authenticity, friendliness and sharing.
- Ensure the smooth running of all departments.
- Revolutionize our accommodation and dining offerings, maximizing revenue potential while staying on trend.
- Ensure all revenue for the day is accounted for with daily summary being completed to balance daily activity
Qualifications
Your profile:
- Strong representativeness
- Able to work a 7-day rotating roster and shifts which run from 11pm-7am.
- Quality-oriented
- 2-3 years experience in hotels as manager is highly desirable
- Good level of English
- Hold a NZ Manager Certificate and LQC (Essential)
- Hold a Valid Visa or legal working rights for New Zealand
