The position of examination invigilator exists to ensure the delivery of examinations in accordance with Company procedures. This is an integral position between the examination candidates and the Aspeq office. The successful applicant is expected to work without supervision once training is complete. This is a casual ongoing position but with no definite hours or days of work and is conducted on an 'as needed' basis.
Responsibilities include:
1.1 Invigilation of examinations.
1.2 Thorough identification of exam candidates prior to examination commencement.
1.3 Thorough check of examination prerequisites.
1.4 Constant monitoring throughout examination to ensure no unorthodox practises.
1.5 Advising candidates when an examination cannot be delivered due to network failure or not meeting ID and prerequisite checks.
1.6 Maintaining network replacement stock and office supplies.
1.7 Filing maintained.
1.8 Examination candidates met and supervised in a courteous manner.
1.9 Examination centre kept clean, tidy and presentable.
2.1 Ensure examination operations are conducted in accordance with promulgated procedures and standards.
2.2 Raise corrective actions.
3.1 Provide effective customer/company interface.
4.1 Assist with the training of new Examination Invigilators.
5.1 Ensure security arrangements at all venues meet customer and Aspeq requirements.
