The opportunity
Are you a proactive and highly organised professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment?
We’re currently recruiting for two Executive Assistant roles. As a trusted partner, accountable for supporting your own General Managers and their respective areas, you’ll play a key role in enabling the senior leaders to drive strategic initiatives and operational excellence across the business.
Both roles share similar core EA responsibilities, but with speciality areas such as event, product, and research coordination, there is also the opportunity to get involved in interesting projects. We’ll align you to the role that best matches your skills and experience, but you’ll need to be a team player as you may be asked to provide cover for the other role during periods such as leave or peak periods.
Your new role
As our Executive Assistant, you’ll be responsible for the following:
- Provide executive-level support to two senior leaders, including diary management, travel coordination, and meeting preparation.
- Produce high-quality correspondence, reports, presentations, and confidential documentation.
- Support project coordination through research, data collection, and analysis.
- Liaise with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders, including senior leaders, clients, and suppliers.
- Coordinate business and broker events and provide occasional cover for the Corporate Receptionist.
- Play a key role in product coordination and administration, ensuring documentation, processes, and risk controls are current, effective, and well-documented.
- Work closely with other EAs and business support professionals across the organisation.
- This is an office-based role as you’ll provide cover for our Corporate Receptionist during breaks.
Please note that for the successful candidate, this process will include a phone screen with our Talent Acquisition team, two interviews (either face-to-face or online via Teams), and background checks.
More information and the full job profile can be shared with applicants during the interview process.
