We are seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Team Leader to guide, coach, and drive the performance of our field sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing daily sales operations, setting team goals, implementing strategies to achieve targets, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. You will act as a mentor, motivator, and key point of contact for your team and management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, motivate, and support a team of sales agents to achieve and exceed KPI targets.
- Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback and coaching.
- Conduct daily training and development sessions to improve team skills and product knowledge.
- Collaborate with senior management to develop sales strategies and set performance goals.
- Foster a positive, high-performance, and team-oriented sales culture.
