What you will do:
We are seeking a Food & Beverage Supervisors to join our Food & Beverage team.
Reporting to the Food & Beverage Manager, you will be responsible for fully understanding and practicing the Food & Beverage LQA Standards and cascading these standards to your team and provide continuous training whilst ensuring Food & Beverage Attendants deliver the highest level of service.

Train staff in the Food & Beverage Standards and fine dining

Conduct pre-lunch and dinner shift briefings regarding menu and wine pairings

Have immaculate presentation and positive attitude

Proven wine and beverage knowledge

Experience working in multi-cultural teams
*
WSET Certification/s e.g. wine and/or spirits (desirable)
*
Stock-taking, ordering and invoicing experience (desirable)
We offer:
We are offering a minimum of 30 hours per week although you may be expected to work up to 60 hours per week during our peak periods.
