We are looking for a part time Food & Beverage Team Leader to join our Food & Beverage team. As a Team Leader, you will focus on coordinating and inspiring our dedicated team of Food and Beverage Attendants to deliver exceptional service and create memorable guest experiences. With your outstanding customer service skills, excellent English communication, and polished presentation, you’ll lead by example to ensure every guest enjoys WOW service! Ideally, you’ll bring at least 1 year of experience in a food and beverage role, preferably in a 5-star environment. This role is all about creating lasting impressions, making every dining moment special for our valued guests.
Role Responsibilities:
- Responsible for coordinating the work of the Food and Beverage Attendants in an efficient manner, whilst maintaining quality and standards
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of food and beverage procedures, menus, and service expectations.
- Manage inventory and ensure all necessary items are available for daily operations and events.
- Ensure all food and beverage items served to guests are of the highest standards of quality and presentation.
- Support new team members with training and guidance to help them succeed.
- Motivate and inspire the team with feedback to enhance skills and deliver exceptional service.
Our ideal candidate will have:
- Relevant experience in a similar Food and Beverage role, supporting supervisors and assisting in team leadership.
- Strong understanding of food and beverage service with attention to detail and adaptability.
- A passion for creating memorable guest experiences and excellent communication skills.
- Good knowledge of beverage (beer, wine, spirit, etc.)
- A desire to excel and develop your food and beverage career and to learn new service styles
- Flexibility to work a 7 day rotating roster, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
- Reliable transport for early starts or late finishes.
