The General Manager, Global Supply Chain will champion the development and execution of a robust, globally harmonized Supply Chain Team process that fuels smarter forecasting, enabled by agile decision-making, and cross-functional alignment. By embedding planning as a core strategic function, the GM, Global Supply Chain ensures optimal inventory management, distribution, warehousing, logistics, delivery & installation operations to increase market share and deliver profitable growth. This role leads the global supply chain function and oversees and collaborates with a network of in-market supply chain teams. The GM, Global Supply Chain plays a central role in driving a world-class end to end supply chain experience for all markets. This includes finished goods and spare parts, seamlessly spanning manufacturing, warehousing, retail, builder, and ecommerce channelsall aligned with and reinforcing the Fisher & Paykel brand promise The GM, Global Supply Chain defines and executes a future-focused strategy that positions the supply chain as a sustainable, competitive advantage. By fostering a culture of continuous improvement, predictive analytics, and end-to-end visibility, accelerating speed-to-market, reducing complexity, and delivering differentiated customer value.
