About the role - Mō te tūranga
Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer, the Head of Commercial is a key strategic leadership role with responsibility for our national sales operations and commercial capability. You’ll influence decision-making across the business, embed commercial discipline, and drive scalable solutions that deliver measurable results.
You will:
- Lead the national commercial strategy, driving excellence across product positioning, pricing architecture, and go-to-market execution.
- Design and implement pricing frameworks and performance analytics that inform high-impact commercial decisions.
- Establish robust forecasting, planning, and reporting disciplines to build transparency, accountability, and trust across the business.
- Embed CRM and sales systems (including Salesforce) as core enablers of performance, ensuring consistent adoption and value delivery.
- Collaborate closely with senior stakeholders across Sales, Operations, Finance, and the Executive Leadership Team to align priorities and drive outcomes.
- Elevate team capability through coaching, process optimisation, and deployment of scalable sales enablement tools.

You’re a seasoned commercial leader with a track record of delivering results in complex, fast-paced environments. You understand what it takes to scale strategy into execution and bring both commercial rigour and a people-first mindset to your leadership.
You’ll also bring:
- 10+ years in senior commercial leadership, sales operations, or revenue enablement roles
- Proven leadership experience with a focus on driving sustainable change and capability uplift
- Deep understanding of pricing, product, territory design, and sales performance metrics
- Strong stakeholder influence, with the confidence to shape conversations at ELT level
- Advanced analytical capability, commercial acumen, and systems literacy (including CRM)
- A relevant tertiary qualification (Business, Commerce, or related discipline)
