The Product Transformation and Projects team is accountable for leading the design, planning & delivery of key components of our transformation journey. We are looking for a Head of Product Transformation Design to join us on this journey.
Mō te Tūranga | About the Role
This role is a pivotal leadership position working with the executive team, senior business unit leaders, third parties and the wider organisation to establish and mature the transformation value stream design function.

What are 5 day to day tasks the person in this role will complete?
- Leading the enterprise through major transformation initiatives by ensuring there is close alignment and collaboration across the organisation.
- Facilitating and co-ordinating execution efforts across Product and Technology domains.
- Ensuring design and execution decisions provide the right outcomes for customers, colleagues and the business.
- Supporting and guiding major initiatives through complex change.
- Leading and managing teams in a matrix model.

Continuing to facilitate rapid decision making capability for large scale transformation efforts across business units.
