About The Role:
This is a unique opportunity to step into a strategic and hands-on leadership position that will shape the future of ECL’s national sales engine. As our Head of Sales, you’ll be responsible for leading and growing a high-performing business units.
You’ll own and execute our sales strategy, drive revenue growth, build long-term client partnerships, and deliver commercial outcomes that align with our broader business strategy. As part of the senior leadership team, you’ll report directly to the CEO and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment across operations, project delivery, and customer support.
This full-time, permanent role is hands-on and varied; you’ll need to be calm under pressure, great at problem-solving, enjoy working in complex environments and creating a fast-paced team.
- Own and execute a clear sales strategy that aligns with our evolving service lines and market opportunities.
- Mentor and lead a national sales team, setting performance expectations, fostering collaboration, and developing future leaders.
- Build strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to understand their evolving needs and ensure we deliver tailored, value-driven solutions.
- Manage performance metrics, customer insights, reporting, and forecasting to ensure consistent growth and delivery against targets.
- Partner with our operations, technical, and project teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences across all stages of the engagement.
About You:
- Proven success in a senior sales leadership role within a technical, infrastructure, energy, or B2B service environment.
- You will be able to demonstrate and provide examples of change management.
- Deep understanding of complex solution selling, with a strong commercial and customer-centric mindset.
- You have experience building a sales engine and rolling it down the country.
- Confident communicator with the ability to influence across all levels – from clients to internal stakeholders and executive teams.
- Experience building and leading high-performing teams that thrive on accountability, results, and collaboration.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to move between long-term vision and short-term tactical execution.
- Strong financial acumen, including forecasting, pipeline management, and pricing strategy, RFPS and tenders.
