Role Overview:
- Assist registered nurses with patient care
- Communicate effectively with the multidisciplinary team
- Maintain a clean and organized ward
- Manage routine tasks and support deadlines
- Work a fully rostered schedule including nights, weekends, and all shifts Monday through Sunday
Requirements:
- Experience in healthcare or related field preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team
- Commitment to confidentiality and professionalism
- Good command of spoken and written English
- Customer service skills essential
