What will your typical day look like?

You will be working directly with clients, including senior executives, across a wide range of Health organisations to drive operational excellence and deliver transformational change. You will be reporting to Directors and Partners who will provide guidance and direction, while also supporting your learning and career development.

You will also be responsible for defining and managing project scope, guiding project-based delivery teams and providing clients with the insights to improve their organisational performance and outcomes in the areas of process and cost optimisation, procurement, digital operations, asset management and programme delivery.

The broad nature of our client base means that you will have the opportunity to gain exposure to a range of industries and to continue to learn every day, developing your core capabilities.

Qualifications

Enough about us, let’s talk about you. You are someone with:

  • 4+ years demonstrated experience, ideally from a clinical background, professional services or health sector.
  • Experience delivering transformation initiatives in healthcare settings - including digital health implementations, patient flow optimisation, and service redesign.
  • A strong understanding of health operations and care delivery models, with experience translating strategy into improved frontline outcomes and patient experiences.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret health performance data, uncover operational inefficiencies, and develop evidence-based solutions.
  • Proven ability to build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders across health organisations - from clinical leaders to operational managers.
  • Confidence in communicating complex operational and clinical ideas in a way that resonates with both clinical and non-clinical audiences.
  • Highly developed interpersonal skills, with the ability to navigate the complexities of change across multi-disciplinary teams.
  • Awareness of emerging health technologies, digital tools, and data platforms that are transforming care delivery and operational performance.
  • A passion for building capability in others, with experience in coaching and mentoring colleagues within a health or healthcare-adjacent environment.
