About the Role
Position: HSEQT Administrator
Are you a proactive and adaptable administrator who thrives on variety and takes pride in delivering exceptional support? Qube is looking for a Health, Safety, Environment, Quality and Training Administrator to support our General Manager – HSEQT in Tauranga. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role ideal for someone who’s ready to take ownership of tasks and keep things running smoothly.
Location: Tauranga Port (Mount Maunganui side)
Status: Full-time position working Monday to Friday
Your job duties would be:
- Provide high-level admin support to the GM HSEQ across multiple functions
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on actions
- Manage documentation, filing, and correspondence
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders
- Identify and implement process improvements to support team efficiency
You will also need to:
- Proven admin experience, ideally in HSEQ or compliance environments
- Strong Microsoft Office skills and confidence with scheduling tools
- Excellent communication and multitasking abilities
- High initiative and ability to work independently
- Full-class 1 drivers license minimum
- Tertiary qualification preferred
