Position Overview:
We are seeking up to 3 dynamic and results-oriented ICT Sales Representatives to drive new business growth and expand our dealership in South Auckland. Based in Manukau, the successful candidates will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and drive revenue growth through new business acquisition.
This role requires proactive and savvy individuals with the ability to develop and implement innovative sales strategies.
You must demonstrate a proven history in sales, and in particular, hunting and acquiring new business with the ability to create valuable and lasting relationships with customers.
This role is specifically responsible for (but not limited to):
· Identify new opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation activities to build a strong sales pipeline.
· Achieve and exceed sales targets, KPIs, and revenue goals by prospecting, developing, and closing new business deals.
· Articulate clear and compelling value propositions, differentiating the company's offerings against competitors to win profitable deals.
· Negotiate and maintain strong customer relationships by understanding needs and delivering tailored solutions that foster long-term partnerships
· Use CRM systems to capture account data, manage pipeline, record quotations, and monitor sales activities.
· Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to increase brand visibility and generate qualified leads.
· Identify and capitalize on upsell and cross-sell opportunities to increase customer value and revenue per account.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless customer experiences and achieve shared business goals.
· Track and report on sales performance, pipeline health, and customer satisfaction metrics to drive accountability and continuous improvement.
Skills & Experience:
· Experience in sales – At least 3 years’ experience in a business development and/or account management role.
· Strategic Planning: Ability to develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth.
· Sales and Negotiation: Proficiency in sales techniques and negotiation skills to secure deals and create lasting partnerships.
· Relationship Building: Capacity to establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
· Market Analysis: Skill in analysing market trends, competition, and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth.
· Communication: Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey ideas, proposals, and negotiations clearly.
· Problem-Solving: Aptitude for identifying challenges and devising creative solutions to overcome them.
· Financial Acumen: Understanding of financial principles and metrics to assess the viability of business opportunities.
· Networking: Ability to expand professional networks and leverage connections to generate leads and opportunities.
· Adaptability: Capacity to adapt to changing market conditions, customer preferences, and business requirements.
