Join a team that keeps the wheels turning behind the scenes of development and infrastructure in our beautiful district. We’re on the lookout for a motivated and organised Infrastructure Consents Technician to step into a fast-paced role with a wide variety of responsibilities.
This is a busy and dynamic position where you'll be at the heart of the infrastructure consent processing. Each day brings a blend of technical coordination, problem-solving, stakeholder communication, and admin support. You will handle a wide range of responsibilities from coordinating lodgement and issuing consents to reviewing technical inputs and resolving cross-team issues, with tasks like managing invoicing, responding to LIM enquiries, investigating customer queries, and much more. No two days will be the same!
To succeed, you will need strong organisational and time management skills and excellent attention to detail. You will also be a confident communicator who enjoys working across teams and engaging with the public.
