  • Build data mappings and transformations to support real-time or batch flows.

2. Integration Platform Ownership

  • Use and/or enhance existing integration tools (e.g., custom scripts, middleware, MuleSoft, Azure Logic Apps, SSIS, or similar).

  • Maintain secure and reusable integration components.

  • Assist in selecting future integration platforms or services based on evolving needs.

3. Operational Support & Documentation

  • Monitor integrations in production and respond to failures or data mismatches.

  • Document interface specs, data contracts, error handling, and system dependencies.

  • Collaborate with IT support and business users to resolve incidents or improve reliability.

4. Technical Uplift & Continuous Improvement

  • Recommend improvements to integration design, monitoring, or exception handling.

  • Help define integration standards and good practices.

  • Contribute to API catalogues, interface libraries, and internal technical guides.

  • Exposure to one or more integration tools (e.g., MuleSoft, Azure Logic Apps, Dell Boomi, Informatica, SSIS). (Desirable)

  • Relevant experience with cloud platforms (Azure) and common services (e.g., Event Grid, S3, Functions, etc.). (Desirable)

  • Familiarity with DevOps practices, Git, scripting (Bash, Python, PowerShell), or containerisation. (Desirable)
