About the role:
As our Dry Goods Inventory Manager, you’ll take ownership of the systems and stock that keep our dry goods department running smoothly. From managing SAP data to keeping shelves full and accurate, you’ll be the go-to for all things inventory. You’ll work closely with your team to make sure stock is in the right place, at the right time, and in the right quantities.
In this role, you’ll:
- Oversee inventory accuracy using SAP and other systems to manage stock levels, orders, and replenishment
- Monitor stock movement, investigate variances, and reduce waste through smart, data-led decisions
- Keep the department well-organised, compliant, and ready for trade
- Support a small team with clear expectations and hands-on guidance during daily operations
All roles will include working either a Saturday or Sunday shift, and start dates will be staggered in the lead-up to our October opening. We’ll confirm hours & dates with successful applicants before offering a role.
What we're looking for:
You’ll be a detail-focused operators who bring structure, accountability and a systems mindset to their work. Ideally, you’ll also:
- Have proven experience in inventory management and SAP (preferably in a supermarket or FMCG setting)
- Be confident working with stock data, supplier orders, and compliance requirements
- Be well-organised, approachable, and calm under pressure
- Understand the importance of accuracy, availability and customer expectations
- Be comfortable leading a small team and supporting performance day to day
