THE OPPORTUNITY:
We are looking for a proactive and talented Junior Product Manager to join our dynamic team and help deliver innovative digital experiences to our customers.
This is a full time, fixed-term position for 12 months, reporting to the Head of Product Experiences, you will work closely with software engineers, quality assurance engineers, UX designers, editorial, customer engagement, commercial, marketing and data teams on the tactical delivery of our digital products.
ABOUT YOU:
- Demonstrate proven success in a digital environment with at least one year of experience in product management.
- Specific experience with a B2C product.
- Experience working in an agile framework or business.
- Capability to work with OKRs and apply prioritisation frameworks and techniques.
- Experience using tools such as JIRA, writing user stories and working with developers/software engineers.
- High degree of organisation, individual initiative, and personal accountability.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Have a test and learn mindset and experience with an AB testing tool would be desirable.
- Understanding of editorial workflows and experience with content management systems (CMS) is preferred.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Translate product roadmap features into well-defined product requirements, including features, user stories, and acceptance test criteria.
- Prioritise and maintain the sprint backlog for assigned products, balancing the requirements of stakeholders.
- Actively contribute in agile ceremonies.
- Manage customer feedback on product issues and day-to-day management of issues with editorial, commercial, and customer support teams.
- Work with the wider Product Experience team to form and execute on the strategic roadmap.
