Job Description
Your Key missions:
- Supervise kitchen operations to ensure quality dishes.
- Train and mentor kitchen staff for high standards.
- Plan menus with management and manage budget.
- Ensure food safety compliance.
- Foster creativity while adhering to brand concept.
- Collaborate with other departments for guest satisfaction.
Qualifications
Your profile:
- Strong representativeness
- Restaurateur at heart
- Quality-oriented
- Experience as manager is highly desirable
- Good level of English
- Hold valid working rights for New Zealand (this role is not eligible for visa sponsorship)
