At Air New Zealand, we’re not just flying planes—we’re connecting people, cultures, and futures. We’re looking for a Learning Facilitator to join our Maintenance Training Organisation (MTO) in Auckland and help shape the next generation of aircraft engineers.
You’ll thrive in this role if you:
- Have hands-on maintenance experience and a passion for sharing knowledge
- Are confident facilitating training on aircraft such as the Q300, ATR, A320, B777, or B787
- Bring specialist skills in metal working or composite repair (highly desirable)
- Enjoy coaching others and giving constructive feedback that helps them grow
What you’ll do:
- Deliver engaging, high-impact training aligned with Air New Zealand’s brand and safety standards
- Facilitate classroom and practical sessions using airline-approved instructional techniques
- Collaborate with engineers, facilitators, and leaders to continuously improve training outcomes
- Represent the MTO team with professionalism and a growth mindset
