The opportunity:
- The role of a Learning & Development Advisor at KPMG focuses on understanding and addressing the learning needs within our organisation and ensuring the delivery of high-quality learning solutions to achieve desired business outcomes.
Day to Day you will:
- Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with the Learning & Development Manager and a broad range of stakeholders to ensure impactful learning experiences. Confidently and clearly communicate progress and developments of key projects and programmes to divisional business leaders and HR Business Partners (HRBPs). Ensure clear and open communication with all stakeholders.
- Program Facilitation: Facilitate internal learning programs in collaboration with the wider Learning & Development team.
- Planning and Administration: Lead the planning, logistics, and administration of learning programs, ensuring high quality and timely execution.
- Reporting: Provide detailed reporting on learning and development metrics.
- System Management: Serve as an administrator and superuser for the internal learning management system (GLMS).
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve systems and processes related to learning and development.
- Material Maintenance: Maintain program materials and develop communications for learners.
- Participation in Projects and Events: Actively participate in People and Inclusion (P&I) events and other related activities.
What you'll bring to the team:
- A minimum of 2 years’ Learning & Development experience within a corporate environment.
- Passionate about learning and development, staying attune to emerging industry trends and technology.
- Demonstrated capability managing a Learning Management System.
- Ability to be flexible and adaptable within a team environment.
- Excellent client relationship management and solutions focused skills with strong attention to detail.
- Passion for developing self and others.
- Excellent communication skills (oral and written) and effective interpersonal skills.
- Openness and responsiveness to feedback, continuously striving for personal development.
- Facilitation/presentation skills is advantageous.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite: Demonstrated expertise in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Teams, to create reports, manage data, to support decision making and planning.
