We are a well-established Auckland-based immigration consultancy company. We serve a diverse client base, including a significant number of Mandarin-speaking clients.
We are now seeking a Licensed Immigration Adviser (LIA) to join our team and contribute to the delivery of quality immigration advice and services.
The Role
This is a full time client-facing role that offers the opportunity to work on challenging and meaningful cases. You’ll be supported by experienced full license immigration advisors while managing your own immigration files.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing immigration cases from initial assessment to successful application submission.
- Communicating clearly with clients, Immigration New Zealand and other stakeholders.
- Managing client files with cultural sensitivity and professionalism.
What We’re Looking For
- A Licensed Immigration Adviser who is holding a provisional license or full license.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- A respectful, proactive and solutions-focused approach to client service
