Our Picton branch has recently installed a brand new Debarker. To perform repairs and maintenance of this new standalone Debarker we seek a skilled “Fitter & Turner” or maintenance person with good mechanical aptitude.
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following skills and attributes:
- Repair and maintenance of heavy industrial equipment with exposure to timber processing plant an advantage
- Fabrication and welding skills
- Computer Literacy
- Strong Health and Safety focus
- Reliability and can work unsupervised
This is a permanent full-time position with hours likely to be Monday to Friday, but with an expectation around flexibility that may require occasional work outside of these hours.
