What you’ll do | Hei mahi
The Marketing Coordinator role is accountable for supporting the FreshChoice marketing team in the execution and delivery of the weekly offer across digital channels. This includes ensuring all output meets business objectives and compliance standards.
You will be part of the wider FreshChoice and WWNZ Brand & Marketing team that
manages the activation and execution of the Woolworths NZ brand strategy and shapes
the way we develop our overall brand expression to build growth and differentiation in
the NZ market. This role will have a strong focus on asset production and digital
execution across our franchise business, with responsibility to deliver key campaign assets in a timely and collaborative way with our agency partners, and internal marketing stakeholders.
Key Priorities for the role include:
Implement our digital strategy across social media platforms, websites, eDM and other digital channels.
Run the production process for the digital mailer and weekly production process for media within guidelines and deadlines.
Ensure all published material is 100% accurate and ensure all initiatives meet appropriate statutory and other requirements.
Communicate weekly activity to our stores via internal communication, and any other means as appropriate.
Copywriting and customer engagement management across our social pages.
The Marketing Coordinator works in an efficient, small team environment and maybe required to assist in other Marketing Tasks or roles, particularly at peak periods or during team absences.

Build trust with colleagues through support, reliability, and dependability
Use and verify relevant data and reports, escalating issues when needed
Strong communication skills with high accuracy, attention to detail, and advanced computer skills.
Experience in administration or marketing, with ability to represent the organisation.
Ability to work as part of a small team and use digital tools and software.
Experience in social media management.
