About the Role

We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated and proactive Administrator to join our dedicated district wide Mental Health Community Service. This is a part-time role 0.6, working 3 days per week between 8:30am – 5 pm, based at Lambie drive, but mobile across Mental Health community services.

You'll be working closely with other administrator, helping to keep our busy community mental health service running smoothly. From managing appointments and accounts, to ordering supplies and coordinating vehicles, your role will be varied, valued, and vital to our success. You'll also have the chance to contribute fresh ideas that drive service improvements.

About You

You're a natural problem-solver, calm under pressure, and ready to tackle whatever the day brings. You take pride in being the one the team can rely on, and you're always looking for ways to improve how things are done.

To thrive in this role, you’ll have:

  • Solid administration experience in health – you're organised, efficient, and thrive under pressure.
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach.
  • Confidence with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Bonus points if you're familiar with iPM, HCC, or Oracle Procurement – you'll hit the ground running.
  • A full NZ driver’s licence is required.
