We are now seeking experienced Named Service Providers to join our network of dedicated professionals across Aotearoa.

About the Role | He kōrero mō te tūranga
As a Named Service Provider, you will work one-on-one with kiritaki who have experienced sexual abuse or assault and are accessing ACC's Sensitive Claims pathway.
In this role, you will:
- Support clients across their healing journey through therapeutic interventions.
- Complete recovery-focused documents such as Early Supports Plans, Wellbeing Plans, and Progress Reports.
- Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams, cultural advisors, and ACC partners.
- Deliver care aligned with trauma-informed, evidence-based practice.
- Maintain cultural safety, uphold client dignity, and ensure wraparound support.
About You | He kōrero mōu
You're a compassionate, experienced professional who is confident working independently. You're trauma-informed and have experience supporting survivors of sexual abuse and assault.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A relevant Level 6+ qualification (e.g., counselling, psychology, social work).
- Professional registration with a recognised body (NZAC, NZPB, SWRB, ANZASW).
- At least 2 years' post-grad experience in mental health (or minimum 12 months + on-the-job training).
- Experience supporting survivors of sexual abuse (within the last 5 years).
- A strong understanding of ACC's Sensitive Claims service and process (preferred).
- Cultural responsiveness and a commitment to Te Tiriti o Waitangi.
