Iplex New Zealand is in an exciting growth phase and on the lookout for a passionate Marketing Manager to come with us on the journey.
The Role
As National Marketing Manager, you’ll be a key member of the Senior Leadership Team, reporting directly to the General Manager. You’ll lead the charge in developing our marketing & NPD plans, driving growth, elevating our brand and bringing new product & service innovations to life. You’ll also play an important role shaping our culture, and championing our values.
What You’ll Do
- Lead the Brand: Share our brand attributes through relevant campaigns tailored to key customer segments
- Drive Innovation Governance: Identify and execute against key product and service projects that drive growth and customer loyalty
- Champion Our People: Support, develop & lead direct teammates and engage, seek insights and influence other key stakeholders companywide
- Champion Customer: Work closely with our key customers, sales, technology & services teams to support all elements of the customer experience strategy and ensure touchpoints are designed based on customer needs.
What You'll Bring
- A marketing qualification and proven leadership experience in a complex, customer focused environment (FMCG and/or B2B advantageous).
- Extensive experience in managing cross functional project teams and launching product & service innovation with executional excellence and proven results
- A collaborative style that inspires, empowers, and brings people together
- Strong commercial acumen & attention to detail, with an ability to turn insights into action.
- Experience developing & delivering customer driven brand and communication plans across full breadth of communication platforms
