We are requiring someone to be based in our mechanic workshop in Redwood.
Your main focus will be to ensure a range of administrative and reception duties are performed in a timely and accurate manner for the group. This role will involve a lot of problem solving, review and checking of data. Working within a busy retail or service environment preferred.
Key responsibilities include:
- Reception and bookings
- Assisting the directors with General duties
- Ensuring sites follow administrative procedures
- Review and checking of data entry
- Stock taking and other daily reconciliations
- Support KPI reporting
- Dealing with account queries
- Supporting other office tasks
We are seeking a person with an eye for detail, good accounts knowledge and a strong customer service focus. To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will possess the following:
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent IT skills
- Experience within retail accounting and QuickBooks would be ideal
- Attention to detail and self-starter
- Experience with problem solving and dealing with large team preferred
- Good skills Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word and Excel to mid level
- Data entry typing speed 50+
- Very organised, Calm, and Flexible
- Self starter and trustworthy
This is a part time role from 9 am to 3 pm daily. Salary or hourly rate will depend on experience. The role is based in Redwood, Christchurch
