Position Title: Office Manager
Salary Range: $24.00–$34.00 per hour (depending on experience)
Minimum Guaranteed Hours of Work: 30–50 hours per week
Location: Auckland
Start Date: As soon as possible

We are currently seeking a highly organised and motivated Office Manager to oversee and coordinate our administrative operations. This is a key role ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day office functions and supporting the success of our wider team.
Ideal Candidate Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in office management, administration, or a similar role; OR a relevant Level 4 qualification or higher.
- Strong organisational and leadership skills.
- High-level proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks with accuracy, confidentiality, and initiative.
- Experience with payroll, invoicing, or bookkeeping systems (preferred but not essential).
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the day-to-day running of the office.
- Supervise and support administrative staff.
- Coordinate schedules, meetings, and internal communications.
- Maintain office systems, records, and documentation.
- Assist with financial administration including invoices, accounts, and payroll.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety, and workplace standards.
- Provide executive-level support to management as required.
- Contribute to the smooth, efficient, and professional operation of the business.
