About the Role
As our Operations Officer & Driver – Secure Media, you’ll play a key role in managing and transporting sensitive client media to and from our secure vault facilities. This is a dual-role combining secure handling, accurate processing, and professional driving. You’ll ensure every item is picked up, scanned, stored, and delivered with precision and care.
Based at our Auckland Penrose branch, this full-time role works closely with our internal teams, drivers, and clients to support the secure movement and storage of critical information assets.
What You'll Be Doing
- Picking and scanning media accurately using S@FE Media systems
- Transporting secure media and file to client sites in a company vehicle
- Responding to client inquiries via phone and email
- Scanning, verifying, and storing media in vault locations
- Maintaining vehicle cleanliness and compliance
- Working with the operations team to meet service deadlines
- Participating in cleaning rosters and workplace upkeep
- Supporting compliance, safety, and operational accuracy
What You’ll Bring
- A full, clean NZ Driver Licence
- A strong sense of responsibility, accuracy, and professionalism
- Basic computer skills and confidence using Microsoft Office
- 1–2 years’ experience in logistics, warehousing, or secure operations
- A focus on compliance and following procedures
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
