What You'll Be Doing | Mō te Tūranga
As an Operations & Systems Coordinator, you will provide day-to-day administrative support to our Mobility Team, playing a key role in ensuring smooth operations across our Auto Centre and Vehicle Inspections networks. You will work closely with the team to assist with system updates, maintain accurate records, and support key service processes.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with the development, publication, and rollout of policies, procedures, and system updates, including AA Check updates
- Liaising daily with Mobile Inspection Managers to ensure seamless and consistent service across the Inspections network
- Preparing and publishing product performance reports on Pre-Purchase inspections for relevant managers
- Providing Vehicle Inspectors with day-to-day support and guidance on issues related to daily runs, customer queries, and AA Check system challenges
- Managing the allocation and tracking of customer complaints related to inspection services
- Processing customer credits, performing daily banking transactions, and supporting accurate financial reconciliation to maintain smooth financial operations

To thrive in this role, you'll bring a solid background in administration and exceptional customer service skills, along with a proven ability to build and manage relationships effectively. While not essential, experience in the motor industry would be a bonus, providing valuable insight and industry-specific knowledge.
