Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Painter experienced in interior and exterior painting as well as cabinet finishes. This role includes both on-site and workshop-based work, with a focus on achieving flawless finishes on kitchen cabinetry and residential surfaces.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces (sanding, filling, priming)
- Apply paint by brush, roller, and spray techniques
- Spray paint kitchen cabinets using polyurethane or 2-pack finishes
- Paint residential interiors and exteriors
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
- Work collaboratively with the installation and design team
Skills & Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of painting experience (cabinet, interior & exterior)
- Competent with brush and spray painting (including HVLP and airless sprayers)
- Excellent surface preparation and attention to detail
- Familiarity with water- and oil-based systems
- Knowledge of safety procedures and PPE use
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience in kitchen/furniture spray painting is a strong advantage
- Familiarity with 2-pack and lacquer systems
