Parts Specialist – BMW Dealerships, Auckland & Wellington

Join our premium BMW dealerships in Wairau Valley, Auckland, and Kaiwharawhara, Wellington. This role is based in our Wairau Valley, Auckland dealership. Both dealerships operate as part of the Sime Darby Motors Group, a leading global BMW retailer committed to delivering world-class customer experiences in New Zealand.

You will primarily support workshop sales, front counter, merchandise, and trade sales as needed. Key responsibilities include:

• Selling BMW parts directly via counter, phone, and email, ensuring timely order processing and delivery
• Following all Parts Department procedures
• Proactively identifying and pursuing new parts and service business opportunities
• Providing exceptional customer service and maintaining strong client relationships
• Managing telephone and email inquiries about BMW products and services
• Handling payments securely and resolving complaints promptly
• Maintaining a clean, organized Parts Warehouse and reception area

What We’re Looking For:

• Good knowledge of automotive parts (preferred)
• Parts experience (essential)
• Experience with Autoline dealer management system (advantageous)
• Strong retail focus and sales drive
• Confident, customer-focused, and positive attitude
• Immaculate presentation and professionalism
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• Detail-oriented with excellent communication skills
• Strong computer proficiency
• Full New Zealand driver’s licence

This is a full-time and permanent role 42.5 Hours a week, from Monday to Friday between the hours of 6am to 6pm with rostered Saturdays. General working hours are from 8am to 5pm.
