As a People Advisor, you will be a key member of the People Operations team as the first point of call ensuring that all our colleagues and people leaders across the business have the HR support they need to be successful.
You’ll be joining a highly engaged team in a role that gives you great breadth and learning across HR.
This is an Auckland based fixed-term opportunity through to end of Jan 2027. This is a hybrid role with three days in the office and two where you can work flexibly. Our team anchor days are Tuesday and Thursday and your third day in the office must be a Monday or Friday.

What are the day-to-day tasks the person will complete?
- Providing advice and support to colleagues and people leaders on HR policy, systems and process queries via our Tahi service portal and People Advisory phone line.
- Supporting and guiding people leaders through sometimes complex Employment Relations processes.
- Ensuring our Tahi knowledge is up to date and gives people the information they need.
- Identifying and implementing changes to simplify our processes to improve the colleague experience.

No day is ever the same! There is a huge amount of variety in this role which also means that we need to prioritise our work carefully and our priorities change frequently.
