The Opportunity:
- We are looking for an experienced professional to join our dynamic, high performance Business Support team. Our team delivers a wide range of support services that enable our firm to focus on excellent & high impact client experiences.
- This role will provide high quality administrative and organisational support to some of our Tax Partners, and contribute towards supporting the wider Tax team and firmwide initiatives.
Day to day you will:
- Handle extensive diary and email management for Tax Partners.
- Organise and/or coordinate activities such as meetings, team events and national firm initiatives.
- Project manage day to day workflow to ensure operational efficiency and effectiveness within the Tax team.
- Provide administrative support of office systems and processes, including maintaining databases.
- Finalise correspondence e.g. engagement letter formatting (as required and/or for wider team).
- Prepare, format and design documents such as reports, proposals, and presentations.
- Other general administrative or operational duties that can support the broader Tax team when required.
- Collaborate closely with other Business Support staff across the firm, working together to achieve common goals.
What you'll bring to the team:
- 2 years+ of PA, administrative, or operational experience (knowledge or exposure to Professional Service Firm environment is an advantage).
- Well-developed interpersonal communication skills.
- Highly organised and efficient.
- Highly adaptable and able to effectively manage shifting responsibilities as the role develops.
- Proactive approach to challenges and problem solving.
- Work collaboratively with co-workers to deliver collective outcomes.
- Open and eager to learn and utilise new technologies including AI to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- A high level of attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Professional and friendly.
- Be a proficient user of Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to exhibit sound judgement and adapt to KPMG systems and processes.
- Committed to maintaining the highest standard of confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information.
