We’re looking for an experienced, collaborative, strategic minded Cloud and Network Platform Manager to join our agile Digital Services Team.
Your day will be a mix of operational, tactical and Stategic activities, developing and delivering our Cloud and Network roadmap.
From leading the delivery of initiatives, to stakeholder engagement and risk management. You will be able to define the Cloud and Network strategy, be responsible for leading your team in delivering the roadmap, systems administration, and to implement standards.
You will be an integral part of the SecFinOps team and work cross functionally with the wider Digital Services team including Cybersecurity, Application Platform teams, Service Desk and the wider organisation.
You will enjoy being part of a new agile team that is focused on a mixture of tactical and strategic activities to lift the Cloud and Network maturity and provision across a wide range of business units and underpinning infrastructure and civil defence.

Qualifications

- Honours Degree or similar level qualification in a technology-based discipline.
- Significant experience of leading the strategy and design of complex systems and infrastructure.
- Experience in leading and managing delivery.
- Proven experience in the development and delivery of IT delivery methods.
- Demonstrated experience in developing effective ways to solving complex problems or create business opportunities through the use of technology.
- Industry recognized certifications such as Agile, PMP, CISSP, ITIL, ISO or similar.
- Have courage to speak out when things don’t seem right.
- Have organisational savvy – know when to push the boundaries and when to hold back.
