Planning, Monitoring, Evaluation and Reporting (PMER) Delegate

About the role – Kōrero mō te tūranga
We have an exciting opportunity to join our International team as a PMER Delegate providing technical support and expertise to build the capacity of Pacific Island National Societies (PINS) across the region
Who are we looking for? – Mā wai te mahi nei?
To be successful you will have:
- Post graduate qualification in a PMER or related field
- Knowledge of IFRC PMER systems and standards
- Skills in supporting organisational learning, accountability and performance
- Strong analytical and written skills, including report writing and presentation skills
- Designing and using PMER concepts, tools and best practices
- Knowledge and skills around results based planning
- Proven ability to work effectively in culturally diverse contexts
