As a Private Secretary - Administration, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to Minister Goldsmith and his team. You will be the welcoming face of the office, greeting visitors upon arrival, and handling various queries via email and phone. 

Your role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of the team and the Minister's activities. Your responsibilities will include providing administration support to the Senior Private Secretary. You will also be responsible for the Ministerial Office e-mail inbox and tracking system for Ministerial and Official information requests. Additionally, you will liaise with the Senior Private Secretary to assist with the Ministers diary, book travel arrangements, and keep the Minister updated on news from their Electorate office.

You will also perform process-driven administrative tasks such as logging invitations and meeting requests, handling hard-copy correspondence, and addressing stakeholders' requests and invitations. '

Salary range is $71,767 - $89,310 with starting salaries reflecting relevant skills and experience, as well as internal parity.
